How To Lose Weight Fast And Stay Health

For some people, their last visit to the doctor is what made them decide to lose weight. When your weight becomes life threatening, then you really don't have very many options working for you on the other hand, some people just want to lose weight in order for them to simply look great. I don't know why society has attached beauty to being a size 10 maximum, but it has. Women especially are the ones who are under greater pressure to look great considering the number of magazines with skinny women splashed all over the covers. The same magazines hat they find their spouses and almost all adult men reading.

If in their eyes, that is what they consider to be beautiful, then you can now understand why they are under such pressure. Men too haven't been left out, with a great looking woman as your workmate, what makes you think that she won't look at the other well built men in the building and notice your beautiful heart? I'm not being mean; I'm just saying simply what goes through all our minds. People with great bodies are less likely to have self esteem issues as compare to people who have been battling with their weight fro the time the were18 years old. Well, I won't promise you that the weight will go in 5 days but I ill tell you how you can lose it and still remain healthy.

First of all, don't even think of starving yourself. Being on a strict vegetable salad diet or some fat burning soup is also falls under the category of starving yourself. Just reduce your calorie intake by using less fat while cooking and also reducing your portion of food. Spread out your meals into 5 meals that are all balanced. This will mean that you probably eat after every 43 hours so you won't have the urge to over eat. It beats the time you are having your next meal you are simply starving on the verge of death, figuratively speaking, then your food portions are too small. Increase them until you don't feel like you are torturing your body by staying without food.

Secondly, you need to involve your body in more physical activities than you currently do. Registering at the gym is a good way to start off at this. But before you find a good gym, one thing you can do without gym equipment is cardio. It doesn't' take a well equipped gym to wake you up early for that morning jog which you don't think you can handle. If you can't start off with running, then you can start with taking a walk and using the stairs instead of the elevator. You can also do mall things such as sitting up, taking your calls when passing in your office and washing your dishes instead of using a dishwasher. You should also consider mopping the floor the old fashioned way, on your knees! Just put some loud music and you will hardly realize it when you are through.
