Dancing is a well-known way to lose weight and have fun. There are many different types of dancing that will satisfy the interest of even the pickiest dancers.

Zumba, a unique new dance that has become extremely trendy within the last few years, is a great type of dance specifically designed as an aerobic workout that is fun at the same time. Instead of counting the beats and moving to them, you follow the rhythm of the music with repetitive movements.

You may also want to invest in a mini trampoline to help give you a quick and easy exercise at home without traveling anywhere. If you can't incorporate dancing into a specific time on your schedule, you might want to try club dancing. Club dancing is where you go to your local club and just dance.
There is no disciplinary dancing associated with club dancing whatsoever. At the clubs you will find all levels of dancer, from the goofs all the way to the greats.
In clubs they use popular well known music with throbbing bass lines and catchy melodies. Here you also have affected lights, lasers and smoke to keep you entertained while you dance the night away.
Here, like in Zumba, you also have the advantage of large groups of invigorated people. Perhaps you could even incorporate Zumba and club dancing into your new work out routine.
The basic idea of club dancing is to expel as much energy as possible for as long as possible. If you want to start clubbing as weight loss activity, make sure you always have a buddy.
