Tea Bo is a mixture of taekwondo and boxing. Taekwondo originated in Korea; Tea meaning "to break with kick", Kwon meaning "to break with fist" and do meaning "method".

To perform Tae Bo you take a series of routines from taekwondo and boxing and perform them at an accelerated rate. The quick and sharp movements will raise your heart rate and get your blood pumping strong.

Tae Bo increases your strength, balance and coordination. Strength is the quality or state of being strong, the ability to perform physical activities with ease.

Tae Bo more than anything will increase your coordination. Coordination is the harmonious action of movements in your body.

Coordination comes from both strength and balance. Coordination will greatly enhance your wellbeing and give you a more confident sense of control over your body.

Doing Tae Bo won't just improve your heart, make your stronger, give you better balance, or exercise coordination, but it will also raise self-awareness and self-confidence.
