When you use exercise ball the main focus is balance and control. Keeping your body balanced on the ball while performing exercises will tense all the core muscles throughout your body.
This will make them denser, and conclusively make you stronger as well. The first concern when using an exercise ball is safety.
When first using your ball you will want to make sure it is adjusted to your size and weight. If you get a ball that is too big for you, it may be cumbersome and could lead to accidental injuries while working out.
Similarly if you have your ball over or under inflated it could be hard to balance on, and may also lead to accidental injuries. Every exercise ball should come with a pump and instructions; these should be used for your own personal safety.
These balls are generally rubber, and become slippery when mixed with human sweat. To avoid accidental slipping prepare yourself with proper training shoes and also a shirt to cover your upper body. When you are not using your exercise ball you will want to store it properly. Putting in areas that are unconventionally hot may be a bad idea not for fear of melting the ball, but because the balls air may expand to levels that are not sustainable which could ultimately lead to the ball exploding.
