Avocados often associated with California, and anything that is in association with California is closely associated to something good. Ask anyone, even Arnold Schwarzenegger, they will tell you the avocado is a really great for your health.
There are many ways to eat these savory fruit; you can of course go with the traditional guacamole, which, when in association with salsa can be a major health benefiting duo, and still tastes excellent. Though, if you are going for something a little less traditional and a little more American I would suggest the Avocado patty.
This one is great and if you want to be a healthy about it you can substitute the meat patty for one of those veggie patties. Grill up your patty, get some fresh lettuce, slice yourself a tomato and put this all on some whole wheat hamburger buns, now for the finally, the trick that's going to put it over the top, slice little crescent shaped pieces out of your avocado and put it in the burger.
This will quite possibly be the best thing that you have ever eaten, and if you have the wheat buns and veggie patty this is going to be extremely low in calories and high in nutrients. There are many other easy ways to eat them as well.
You can dice them up and throw them in a salad, or you can just slice them down the middle and eat them with a spoon. The thick, creamy, delicious taste will irrevocably make your mouth water; do not be alarmed salivation is common in avocado eaters.
Eating these is a fun thing to do, we know that, it is obvious that the thrilling sensation we receive when consuming these is reason enough to keep a jar full of them in our kitchen on the high shelf-so that kids can't sneak into them while you are away. However, the truth is these delectable delicacies are doing amazing things for our bodies at the same time.
Avocados have been shown to lower cholesterol; the monounsaturated fats in these scrumptious morsels comes in exuberant amounts, and, when used in place of trans fats from fatty fast food restaurants, will lower your cholesterol. On top of that they contain many of the thirteen necessary vitamins to support life.

That means if you eat a little more than sixteen every day, you will have met the criteria that the FDA has set, and you will have done it only with avocados.
