Ballet has been around since the fifteenth century. As described by Ayn Rand, a philosopher, "the keynote of the stylization achieved in ballet is weightlessness. Paradoxically, ballet presents man as almost disembodied, it does not distort man's body, it selects the kinds of movements that are normally possible to man (such as walking on tiptoe) and exaggerates them, stressing their beauty-and defying the law of gravitation.

In the aspect of taking simple movements only performable by humans and exaggerating the beauty, we demonstrate a great deal of bodily control. Every movement in the body is controlled by muscles and to perform fluid muscle motion it takes great concentrations and demonstrates immense levels of control.

To increase muscle mass you just have to work your muscles, you can do this one of two ways. By either contracting or stretching your muscles. Stretching while increase muscle mass just like contracting will, however, it will be condensed muscle mass.
