Easy Ways To Gain Weight

You are wondering why is it that there are so many people who can gain weight easily, but you are not one of them. You are desperate to get fatter and yet, so many people want to become slimmer instead.

You know that you have to eat more good calories than what your body use up for energy and at the same time do some heavy weight lifting workouts to build muscles to gain weight healthily, but you do not care. All that you are concern about is to become fatter as fast and as easy as possible and health is not your first concern.

That being the case, here are some ways that you can increase your weight by increasing your body fat. But let it be known that some methods are not very healthy and so, do not carry them out to the extreme.

Start Snacking Constantly
Visit your neighborhood grocery store and buy boxes and boxes of snacks. These factory produced snacks are usually high in fat, sugar and sodium. Sugar and fat will make you store body fat and sodium can cause water retention and thus making you heavier. Furthermore, processed foods usually contains chemicals and preservatives that can also make you gain fat.

Sleep Less Than Normal - This is to increase your stress level and let your body produce certain hormones like cortisol to store fat. Also the longer that you are awake, the more you will get hungry and you will tend to eat more, like having late night suppers which are great for making you fat.

Skip Breakfast - Yes, you read that correctly. Many obese people think that skipping breakfast can help them to lose weight and they are wrong. Having been without food for many hours when you were sleeping, skipping breakfast will deprive your body of more food for another good few hours and thus tricking your body to go into a "famine mode" to start storing body fat. Hours later when you start to get very hungry, then gorge yourself with food and get those extra calories to be stored as body fat.

Eat Less Fruits And Vegetables - Vegetables and fruits are high in fibers. When you eat them with a meal, its fibrous content prevents some calories to be absorbed. Furthermore, most vegetables have very few calories and by eating them, you are depriving your body from absorbing calories of other foods you will be eating instead of the vegetables.

Upsize Your Meals - Well, how can you gain weight and be fatter if don't eat more. So upsize your meals at every meal. Your body will get used to the extra food after a while.

Stop Drinking Water - Replace drinking water with sugary drinks such as soft drinks and tea with sugar. Avoid coffee though because coffee contains caffeine which is known to assist in fat burning.

The reason for drinking sugary drinks is because water has no calories and when you replace it with sugary drinks, you are thus drinking extra sugar calories and at the same time causing insulin spikes in your bloodstream to help you to store even more body fat.

Now, unless you are really desperate, do not use the above tips to gain weight if you can help it as I want to emphasize again that increasing your weight this way may be easy, but is certainly not healthy.
