Check out the staff members - are these individuals certified professionals or just some average Joe that they hired off the street to sell memberships and act like trainers. Professional trainers are normally certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), or the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
