When it comes gym workouts there are distinct differences between men's and women's. Are you having trouble getting the body you want?
It's probably because you are exercising like a girl. This is a common problem in weak men low in testosterone, luckily it can be fixed, all though it is going to take a little bit of work.
One of the major problems with you guys is that you aren't trying hard enough. You pump like ten reps of 100 pounds, what does that do for you?
It does nothing. You burned some calories... good job.
Go write it in your note book,record it at my fitness pal, and see how many calories you are allowed to eat tomorrow.
These are things that women do after they have a work out session like that. For them acting like this is cute, but for us guys, if you pull that kind of crap you're asking for a good beating.
I know that some of you wimps have trouble using your muscles in any sort of way. Here is what you do, it is called circulating.
So after you did your pathetic ten reps on the bench and you have maxed out, then go play with your 15 pound dumbbells for five minutes. Giving the muscles you used in the first exercise while continuing to exercise will get your adrenaline pumping and start working your body real good.
I have 3 different exercises I switch through every day. Each day's set is a different three exercises so I keep myself looking pretty dang fit.
I would recommend doing that. Also get yourself a lot of protein.
If you are not eaten a portion hearty meat every day, your body won't have the nutrients it needs to produce muscle mass. 30 percent of your daily caloric intake should be a sufficient amount, although if you're real scrawny you might consider eating more.
Another good way to build muscle is to have two different routines every day. For me I rotate through biking, swimming, and running in the mornings. In the evenings I go perform my gym exercises.
Early morning cardio exercises are going to make it so you can last longer while you are exercising in the gym. If you don't have any endurance how do you expect to put in the effort needed to build some muscles.
Keep it switched up. Don't do the same exercises over and over.
That will lead to a plateau and consequently no muscle development. So change the exercises daily to avoid any routines becoming to repetitive.
