If you have suffered from excessive and profuse sweating you probably have tried a lot of things to keep it managed. But have you looked at the different foods you are eating.
There are many foods that will increase the body's temperature and consequently make us sweat. It would be best to avoid these if you do not wish to sweat a lot.
Foods that are spicy are a quick way to make you sweat; jalapeno, peppers, and other types of spicy foods will make you sweat fast. This is a tuff one to give up-- at least it was for me.
Peppers and jalapenos create endorphins in the brain; even though they burn the crap out of your tongue you feel pretty good about it. These are pretty good for you, so if you still want to enjoy the wonderful health benefits of peppers try not to eat them in public.
Perhaps in the confines of your own home, before you go take a shower or maybe if you are about to go swimming, these would be good times to eat some jalapenos. Otherwise it would be good to avoid social interaction while eating yourself some hot peppers.
Eating onions and garlic and anything that is high in B vitamins are going to make you sweat a lot too. B vitamins raise the body's internal temperature; this is actually very beneficial for you.
When your temperature is raised and you begin to sweat you are pushing all the toxins within your skin out. Yes it is certainly embarrassing for you to be in the public while this happens especially if there is no really good reason for you to be sweating, but sweating is still very good for you.
So you don't want to stop sweating altogether. Sweating is going to be great for your skin; there are antibiotics in sweat the help your skin stay looking nice.
So don't eat a clove of garlic or an onion before any special dates or occasions where you may be with a group of people. First it will make you sweat like crazy, and it will probably make you smell pretty bad.
Deep fried foods are the worst and these are the types of foods you want to avoid eating when you are already with people. These are real hard on the stomach and can be difficult to digest.
So your stomach starts doing its best and your body starts helping the only way it knows how. Major things to avoid: spicy foods, healthy foods (high in vitamins), and also deep fried foods.
If you want to prevent it or provide some defense against your sweat you will want to dry yourself out. One way is to avoid water, but that is unhealthy.
A better way is to drink tea. Black tea is much more effective than green tea, however, both work. However, black tea has some other health side affects, so the choice is yours as to what method and to what extent you'll stop yourself from sweating while eating.
