Eating Steak Like A Man

Eating steak is very important to do, especially if you are trying to gain weight or muscle mass. I would recommend going to fancy restaurants regularly and ordering a big plate steak and truffles.

When I say truffles I do not mean the chocolate confections, I am talking about the mushrooms. Steak and mushrooms is quite possibly the best combination of foods that has ever existed.

Perhaps with a little bit of steak sauce to the side for dipping, yeah, now you're not just eating like a man, you are eating like entrepreneur, like an independent business owner. This is what we are aiming for we don't want to eat the type of steak the thick-skinned meat heads eat.

We want to get the stuff that is classy; being a man is more than just awesome muscles and eating steak. It is also wearing nice clothes, learning multiple languages, and owning a small business.

You don't actually have to do any of those things, but as long as you appear to do those sorts of things while you eat your steak you will be in good shape. We want to probably eat at least a steak a day or every other day.

This may be too much for some people. Some men have a women's metabolism, and that's fine as long as the make up for it by exercising more.

You will have to find where you are and be honest, then react accordingly. If you can only handle one steak a week then you may have to adjust your work out routine.

When you add steak and exercise to your daily life you will start to grow bigger. And this will happen to whatever portion of your body you are exercising.

You should know that our bodies burn 50 calories more per every pound of muscle we gain. And that is just at rest.

When we are exercising to build that pound of muscle you will need to be eating many more calories. This is important to replace and nourish those muscles you are building.

Eating a steak is the best way to do this, because it is packed with protein which will rebuild the muscles. It has also got a load of fiber in it as well.

Fiber is going to do a great deal for you: it will normalize bowel movements, it will aid in weight loss, and it will also help lower blood pressure. These are all very good reasons to start eating steak.

Not to mention eating steak is just about the most fun thing you can eat as long as you have mushrooms and steak sauce, but even without that stuff it is still very delicious.
