No Milk Is Better For Your Health

The dairy industry has led people to believe that milk is a necessary beverage if you want to have calcium for your bones. And, many people have been deceived into thinking that milk is the most nutritious drink that you can have.

The truth of the matter is that milk is a deadly poison that is hazardous to your health. It is the worst drink that you could ever drink.

If you don't believe this, then try an experiment for one week. Don't have any milk or dairy products for one week. Then, after that, have a double cheese pizza and a milkshake or glass of milk and see how you feel 12 hours later.

You will probably feel good during the week as your body cleanses of all the pus, hormones, and glue. And, then you will probably feel terrible 12 hours after your dairy meal.

Cow's milk is the perfect milk for calves though, except that the milk you buy in the store could kill a calf also. For humans it has unnecessary cow proteins, cholesterol, hormones, saturated fat, foreign DNA, and mycotoxins.

The very process of pasteurization and homogenization destroys the enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and natural nutrition of the raw cow's milk. However, the pathogens, possible listeria, tuberculosis, and mycobacterium of Chrohn's disease still survive the pasteurization process.

One dropperful of milk has 100,000 germs and harmful bacteria. Your immune system will function so much better, and you won't age as much if it doesn't have to deal with your drinking a whole glass of the stuff.

Then, there is the problem with all of the hormones. Not only do you have to experience the affect of all those hormones messing up your endocrine system, but there are other problems as well.

The hormones that they give to cows to make them produce more milk are 100% guaranteed to cause cancer in lab animals. Why would you want to be drinking that?

The milk protein casein is used to make the toughest glue ever. And, that is in duct tape, this casein can really cause havoc in your digestive system.

The milk glue can cause internal bleeding and make you iron deficient. It can also contribute towards constipation and significant digestive upset.

The danger to humans is the only thing covered so far, but have you ever thought about the suffering of the cows that are meant to live many years and die after five. Their young are taken away so that you can have the milk. And, this is just the tip of the iceberg in animal suffering going on for the cows.

The bottom line is that if you like milk and drink a lot of it, you will most likely find yourself having weight gain, flus, colds, acne, and sinusitis as the least possible damage to your system. Your body will eventually have to deal with bigger problems of arthritis, heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis and fibromyalgia to name a few.

Do yourself a favor and get your calcium where nature intended humans to get it; from grains, beans, greens, fruits, and vegetables. Do some exercise if you want to have stronger bones.

If you don't believe this article, then try the experiment of abstinence for a week and become convinced for yourself. If you knew the whole truth, you'd never waste your money on this dangerous drink again.
