Running is always going to be the number one exercise. There is no machine that can outperform the human body.
When we run tension reverberates through every muscle in the body, making it hands down the best core workout ever. Running builds lean, compact, and dense muscle throughout the entire body.
Since it activates every single, our hearts have to work especially hard to pump blood through the circulatory system. The heart is a muscle, (you probably knew that already) what this means is you can exercise and strengthen your heart.
Running not only takes the cake on full body routines, but it dominates any other cardio exercise. Every professional trainer works their cardio extensively, because it is used for everything.
If you want to lose weight you need cardio, you want to build muscle you need cardio, if you want to defeat asthma or lethargy or depression even. Yeah that is right running also helps with all these things.
Did you know that? If you are depressed and feeling however it is that depressed people feel all you may need to do is go for a run.
Asthma too, the increase heart strength may be all your lungs need to keep them from cramping up. A cramp is basically just an involuntary contraction usually from fatigue or strain.
All it may take is an extra bit of blood to strengthen those organ muscles. Running is single handedly the most effective disease or illness preventative.
It prevents just about everything. In a study done at Stanford University, where they followed some senior runners for 20 years, they found a number great reason to go run.
James Frie Md. Professor of medicine says "if there was one thing I could pick to make people healthier as they age, it would be aerobic exercise". They compared results to a non-running group that they had been monitoring.
Disabilities associated with aging came on average 16 years later for the runners. Runners were also described to look younger than the non-runners.
Frie says, "We did not expect this". It turns out the benefits of regular aerobic exercise, running in particular, is greater than anyone could have imagined.
It is said that when one runs, the body secretes a chemical that tightens the facial muscles. This will decrease fine lines and wrinkles.
It is basically like plastic surgery, except without the expensive medical bills or the unnatural looking features. So between the two, I would much rather run than get surgery.
All in all running is just enjoyable, which is not subjective that is a fact. During routines, runners experience known as runners high.
This is just a large amount of serotonin being released all at once, resulting in a profound feeling of euphoria. So get out the head phones and tighten your shoes and get to it.
