As you are exercising with a group of people you may all want to sign up for a class or you may want to start a sports team. There may be a community league or even a church league that you can join in your town.
Second, you want to make sure that you are taking the time that you need to understand how you are going to push yourself through the workout. There are some workouts that can be very hard to make it through.

While you are learning how you are going to track your progress you may also want to reward yourself. As you are taking the time to reward yourself you have to make sure that the reward does not undo the progress that you have made.
There are some people that will reward themselves with unhealthy food. If you feel the need to do this you should be sure that you are not gorging so that you can be sure that you are eating the unhealthy food in a good proportion.
Third, you may find that you need to mix up your workout so that you are able to have a high intensity workout. There are a lot of people that have a hard time understanding how they are going to mix up a workout.
When you are exercising you can have more than one exercise that you alternate between depending on the day. This may help your workout to feel fresh and help you push through the workout that you may not have been able to get through.
Taking the time to challenge yourself in the workout that you are taking part in is very important. The workouts should engage you and you should be able to feel the progress that you are making with your body.
Fourth, be sure that you understand how to make the most of you warm up. When you are warming up you will be warming up your muscles to be sure that you are able to push yourself to a new limit throughout your workout.
If you are not warming your muscles up you will have to take away from your workout to get your blood flowing. Be wise about your workout so that you can be sure that the workout that you are participating in is not only effective but also efficient.
