Now days there are so many crazy different workout routines, practices, and all sorts of funny equipment that is supposedly going to give you miraculous results, and turn your thirty year old body into a twenty year old figure. Well this xerdisc is actually going to do that, but a lot of it depends on you.
You see, it works from an intriguing new concept of balance mixed with exercise. When you do that you are not only strengthening your veneer muscles, but you are getting to all your core muscles too.
Your core muscles are going to align your spine, take stress off your circulatory system and enhance your quality of life. Many people report after using the xerdisc that they have greater levels of energy, higher mental acuity, and an overall better sense of wellbeing.
These xerdiscs are great for people who are, how shall I say, at a less than adequate level of fitness. People who don't really run or push weights, for them it would probably be better or more agreeable to use a simple little bubble-like pad to stand on, while they perform low level aerobic exercises.
First exercise to learn is the xerdisc squat. For future reference all exercise will incorporate the xerdisc.
So to do the squat put your legs together on the miniature balance pad and slowly do a squat. The reason it is better to do it on one of these than it is on the ground is because by forcing yourself to balance throughout the exercise you are going to redistribute the tension to all the core muscle of your body.
This is going to strengthen your body in a way you never thought would be possible. Although you won't appear to be strong, because these exercise won't affect veneer muscles, you will be a powerful little "mo-fo" like Bruce lee, or Jackie Chan.
Switch up and get creative with your exercises. Increase the tension from the exercise by standing on one foot when you do the squat.
Go back and forth between legs and then go to double leg squats, and trust me, this one will kick your butt. After doing this a few times you probably won't have any butt left to kick; all that will be left will be two beautiful glutes that shape the back pockets of your tight jeans.
You can also do abdominal exercises with these by placing it underneath the curve of your spine, and doing crunches and leg lifts. This will give you some beautiful stomach to go with your new gluteus maximus.
Incorporate use of dumbbells with these. Use them for stretches.
These can be a complete gym if you want them to be. All it takes is a little creativity, or you can check online for a lot more wonderful workout routines with the xerdisc balance board.
