Magnesium is one of the body's most important nutrients; you got to have yourself some good amount of magnesium otherwise you will find yourself in a world of hurt. This is going to play a major role in the health.
It is important in over three hundred biochemical reactions. If you know what that means impressive you are probably a doctor, or some sort of nutrition expert.
Our bodies are constantly undergoing change at a cellular level. We are constantly metabolizing nutrients and turning them into different things throughout our body.
Different proteins and amino acids are going to be turned into new skin, hair, muscles... pretty much every cell in your body is going to be replaced quite a few times throughout your life. This magnesium is going to help convert all of those things into their proper form via biochemical reactions.
Besides that it is going to maintain nerve impulses and regulate body temperature. So basically if you are a nervous wreck, this stuff is going to keep you cool and prevent you from acting a fool.
It is also huge in energy production and bone development. That is why it is important for babies to get a healthy amount of magnesium in their diets.
Not because the energy part, but because probably you want your baby's teeth to be nice and healthy. You only get two pairs your entire life unless you have some sort of genetic irregularity.
It is highly recommended that women get their healthy amount of magnesium especially when they are pregnant. Again this is very good for the baby's health and bone development, but it also does an immense number for the women.
Besides preventing osteoporosis, it helps against menopause and premenstrual syndrome. I don't know what either of those things even are; but if you are a woman you probably understand what that means.
If you feel like you are coming down with osteoporosis, start getting some magnesium in you. This may reverse the effects of osteoporosis, which is what we want right.
It is also very helpful against insomnia, migraines, constipation, and hypertension. I hate to think of that person who is up late on the toilet squeezing there head while their blood pressure is pushed through the roof.
But if you are that guy start getting some magnesium it could do you some good. Eat black beans about four cups of black beans each day will give you exactly the proper amount of nutritious magnesium you need.
Fish has lots of magnesium to. So maybe just have a black bean and fish dinner or breakfast.
Throw some spinach in the mix too, because that is going to give you an astounding amount of magnesium. So have a black bean and spinach salad on the side with a fish.
