Healthy is a lot more than just only eating a certain amount of carbs each day. It is actually about nutrients, vitamins, and fuel.

So what I like to do is get a bag of ground flaxseed and I just toss two or three table spoons in my cereal. It may not helping that much, but at least is still helping.
