Mountain Climbing To Your Goals

Building muscle, relaxing and having fun while you do it, climbing is just about the best way to stay fit and healthy. You can do it indoors at gyms or you can enjoy the scenic views from cliff sides.

More and more people are finding that mountain climbing is the way to go with health and fitness. It is a holistic approach to well-rounded wellbeing.

Have you heard of muscle confusion? If you are interested in building muscle and have done a little research you know what that means.

Muscle confusion is when you prevent your muscles from reaching a plateau point in development by giving them a different set of routines and exercises. Climbing is very useful for this.

There is hardly a moment when climbing that you are applying tension in the same way to the muscles. Each climb is unique from slope to holds and everything in between.

When you are climbing you will be applying tension to all the core muscles in your body. So if you want a physique like governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, you probably will not want climbing for that...well not solely climbing.

But if you are aiming for that look Brad Pit had in fight club, then climbing is the way to go. Climbing is going to work every muscle in your entire body from your twos to your fingertips.

So after you have been doing a good amount of mountaineering you will eventually be built like a rock. But as it strengthens your body it will at the same time relax your mind.

Climbing soothes the mind and relieves stress. The interesting thing about climbing is that as you climb your body creates the chemical known as epinephrine or adrenaline.

This is because you are up on a rock holding on with only your hands and feet. So it makes sense that your body is producing this adrenalin.

Usually though when we get adrenalin in our body it is stored and holds tension in our bodies causing us to be stressed. But because we are stressing every muscle in our body we are also straining all the adrenaline even as we create it.

So this is actually one of the few ways that is actually an exciting way to get relaxed, which is going to be great for all those thrill seekers out there. So get all your friends, strap them up, and drag them up a mountain.

Get a group together and start having fun with your fitness. Make it a weekly occurrence, having routines are a great way to keep in shape.
