Lowering Your Triglycerides And Cholesterol With Specific Dietary Changes

Many people are trying to lower their cholesterol and triglycerides with medications without understanding that there are some simple changes that they can make to their diets that would also bring about these desired changes, but in a lot more natural way.

Taking medications for every little imperfection in the human body is stupid once you find out how fast all of these problems can be remedied with a change in diet. The whole problem is that almost everyone has been deceived into believing that they have to have flesh and dairy in their daily menus to be healthy.

The ironical fact of the matter is that these very foods are causing the many diseases that many Americans are suffering. The big problem is that the pharmaceutical companies and animal industries make money off of you, while you suffer in ignorance.

Anyone can try the experiment to go on a total vegetarian or vegan diet and find out that within a week or month, there will be significant improvements in their health. People can try for years to get their cholesterol to go down with medications only to find that their cholesterol levels will return to normal within a few week of trying a vegan diet.

The problem with taking medications for high cholesterol is that there are always side effects, it costs a lot of money, and it never solves the problem. But, just try to not eat anything with cholesterol and see the levels drop dramatically.

It is simple common sense, if you don't want to have high cholesterol don't eat any more cholesterol-laden foods. Your body will produce the amount of cholesterol that it needs by consuming plant foods.

It's not rocket science, but you are not being told these truths because the animal industries, government, pharmaceuticals, and other organizations are making money off of you being sick. And, the original paranoia studies on protein came from studies on rats that actually respond well to high protein diets and not humans.

Well, the rats do grow faster when given animal proteins, but they end up with liver tumors and cancer from the concentrated animal protein. Humans are still thought to need the amounts of proteins that rats need and most people still believe what they are told from the "old school" teachings.

Triglycerides are a fat in the blood that is formed when too many animal products are eaten and even when too much fruit sugar, fructose, and fruit drinks are consumed. To lower your triglycerides, you simply should go on a wholesome, non-fat vegan diet in which you also only have two fresh fruits a day.

The fruits should be something you eat fresh and raw, not drink. You can still have all the fruit drinks and such that you want and it won't really be that detrimental to your heart, you will just have high triglycerides while your cholesterol is low and your heart is healthy.

And, there are always a few rare exceptions to the rule where certain people have higher blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides no matter how they eat. Will they die of a heart attack? Probably not, this is normal for their body.

For the most part, in almost every case, if you want to lose weight, and have a healthier heart and blood reading; then you need to try a 100% wholesome, high-fiber vegan diet. It's definitely the miracle diet when it comes to reversing disease.
