The morning is the best part of the day, and if you sleep through it there will be consequences. I'm talking about when you sleep till noon, and you wake up feeling groggy and tired.
This is something that I call sleep-in-sickness. You can actually be more tired from hypersomnia than you can be from insomnia,those are antonyms or opposites.
Hypersomnia is the same as sleep-in-sickness, in case if you didn't catch that. Everyone should be aware that insomnia is the lack of ability to sleep.
To beat these two disorders you need to practice a routine sleeping schedule. The best thing you can do for your body is to get on a healthy sleep schedule; the human body thrives on schedules.
After you have trained your body to accept a comfortable schedule, you should try adjusting it so you can get the most out of your day. Average adult needs seven to nine hours of sleep each night.
Only seven is needed if you do not do any physically straining labor during the day. Try to push your bedtime back so you can get up earlier.
If your mornings start with the sun, you are going to start to feel like the day is so much longer. Trust me, when you wake up at noon the sun is down in seven hours; and when you walk up at six, right at sunrise, you are almost doubling your day time.
Try that little trick it actually works. You will start to have a days that last a life time.
Also another important thing to do with your morning is get the right breakfast. Diets are going to vary from person to person, but try to remember the fundamentals and you should be alright.
In the morning you want to get your energy boosting foods, like carbohydrates and proteins; the perfect example, eggs and toast. Morning meals should hold the greatest amount of calories for you.
If you are trying for a two thousand calorie diet, just eat around eight hundred calories for your breakfast. Lunch should be more protein and dairies, and dinner is best to be fruits and veggies.
When you eat breakfast in the morning you are going to get a jump your day, and be off with a powerful start. Here is the best way to wake up.
First thing you do, get some water eight ounces will do. Drink that and wait for fifteen minutes, now eat breakfast.
The water in your stomach should wake up your metabolism and digestive tract, so that you do not overwhelm your insides with breakfast first thing. This will prevent you from getting that tired sluggish feeling after eating.
Remember that morning is the most important part of the day, and it sets a president for the rest of the day to come. Don't start your day off on the wrong side of the bed.
