Mark Wahlberg mainly we know of him for two different reasons: one he was in that terribly disappointing movie "the happening", and two he has one terrific body. Come on guys and gals we can all agree, among the top ten male bodies we all wish we could have, mark has got it.
In fact the only thing that could have made that movie any worse is if it never showed marks unclothed torso... wait it didn't! Ok, so M. Night fouled up on one, and unfortunately it reflected badly on mark.
Though I think we can all agree that Mark redeemed himself in "the other guys" with Will Ferral. Wait a minute, come to think of it, there were no topless shots of mark in that film either.
Alright, just look him up online, you will find a few topless pictures of the man. Hold that image in your head; yup, that will keep you smiling all day.
The reason Mark is so fit, is because of his extremely low body fat content. I would guess he is somewhere near six percent, which is scientifically proven to be the healthiest amount possible for an adult male.
This low amount of body fat really makes his rippling abdomen seem like it is just protruding all over the place. Don't get me wrong, he does have a wonderful set of abs; they are just made all the more wonderful by his perfect amount of fat content.
This fat content is what really exaggerates his shoulders and pectorals too. He isn't going for that over blown body builder look, which frankly is a bit disconcerting.
I mean you look at those guys; they seem like cartoons blown out of proportion. It is like getting tons of tattoos and parading your body about in tattoo competitions.
Come to think of it, tattoo competition that is a good idea. That way the artists that draw the tats get some good publicity too.
Back to the main subject though, Marks incredible fitness. Alright after you have lost all your fat that your body had stored for a critical winter, it is time to hit the gym.
If we want the glamorous look that Mark has got we need to exercise our glamour muscles. These include our pectorals and biceps.
The abdomen is going to be a bit harder to develop. You will need routine cardio fitness here, so maybe join a ballet class or a spin class.
Zumba is a good one too. But I don't know if it is really ethical to enjoy your exercise as much as the zumbanians do.
