Next time you do not feel like dancing there is only one thing that you have to do. Do you know what that is?
You are right, turn on the techno music. It is in our instincts to want to move and dance to such rowdy rambunctious music.
It is simple science really, inside of our ears there is a little nerve called the vestibular nerve, and this is where our body holds awareness of balance and position in space. So if we excite our ears with music that is beyond this natural earth, we trick ourselves to think that we are somewhere far from our planet.
Some place where the only way to survive or have fun is by dancing and moving. Besides exciting the body's vestibular nerve and sense of balance, it also motivates us.
This happens in the brain, not in the ear. Our brains function on specific wave lengths.
There is beta, alpha, theta and delta; each of these has their specific purpose and function. We take for example theta, this is when we are sleeping and dreaming, and delta is when we are sleeping and not dreaming.
Beta and alpha are both wave lengths at which our brain vibrates while we are conscious. Alpha is when we are relaxed and may not feel like moving or doing anything.
Beta is when we are excited and motivated to do things. What happens is this music is also vibrating at a specific rate, and when our brains meet music vibrations it is like a ripple effect.
Our brains begin to resonate at the same vibration as the music we are listening too. The decibel level has a big impact on affect too.
The louder the music the more it is going to cause immediate reaction. If the music is really loud it is like the ripples become waves, and it is easier to be overwhelmed or influenced by them.
So if you are trying to lose weight or stay fit, you should start listening to some hard techno. And start doing the fist-pump and jumping up and down.
This is a really great way to get in shape, because it is easy and fun. Plus you can do it with your friends and they will probably enjoy doing it with you.
Besides late night dance parties usually lead to other things like super late night movies. So start doing some dancing until you lose all that extra weight that you don't like to dance with.
Eventually you will become fit and toned like a model if you dance regularly. There are even supplements that come in pill form to help you dance harder and longer.
Although it is best to just get your energy from the foods you eat. Healthy nutrients and dancing with techno, those are the only things you need to become a fit skinny dancing lady.
