Healthy Sandwiches That Taste Great

Sandwiches are the perfect food, hands down. That is an inarguable fact, they simply are.

Look at them: you have your carbohydrates, your protein, your vegies, and even a slice of dairy if you like. They have everything, if a sandwich was a woman, then it would be your favorite woman.

Speaking of women, they love to make sandwiches. They love that kind of junk: making sandwiches, cleaning up the kitchen, remembering your kid's birthdays and all the other stuff too.

If you think you do not have time to make a sandwich each day. Doesn't matter, Have your wife make you one, and tell her to put it in a plastic Ziploc baggy then to put that inside a brown paper bag along with an apple.

This is going to be the best marital decision either you or your partner could make. Once you start eating sandwiches every day, and an apple, you are going to become one fit pile of dude.

This will make your lady happy. And her packing and making your lunch... well that should make you happy.

You see sandwiches are the perfect food for health, and for relationships. There is almost nothing a sandwich can't do.

If you are trying to build muscle, then you ought to be eating sandwiches. The carbohydrates in the bread are going to give you lasting hard energy throughout the day.

The protein in the meat is going to rebuild torn muscle fiber, but bigger and stronger than before. So the carbs will give you the energy, and the protein is going to give you the muscle.

It is as easy as that. If you are trying to lose weight, then the sandwich is the right meal for you.

This food is the most sundry meal available. For weight loss you might need to make a few amendments to your sandwich.

Like instead of white bread it is probably best that you go with some good hearty whole grain or wheat, and instead of lots of meat just use a little. Also try putting more vegies in your meal.

This is going to make you feel full without eating any sustaining foods, like protein or meat. These lighter food practically hold no calories, so you will feel full in your stomach but you may still desire to eat more.

Don't worry that is common. Our bodies are used to a certain amount of calories daily, and when we cut them our body starts to send signals to our brain saying that it needs more.

It really doesn't need them; it just gets scared by change. So you will have to practice some discipline and self-restraint.
