Sandwiches are the perfect food, hands down. That is an inarguable fact, they simply are.
Look at them: you have your carbohydrates, your protein, your vegies, and even a slice of dairy if you like. They have everything, if a sandwich was a woman, then it would be your favorite woman.
Speaking of women, they love to make sandwiches. They love that kind of junk: making sandwiches, cleaning up the kitchen, remembering your kid's birthdays and all the other stuff too.
If you think you do not have time to make a sandwich each day. Doesn't matter, Have your wife make you one, and tell her to put it in a plastic Ziploc baggy then to put that inside a brown paper bag along with an apple.
This is going to be the best marital decision either you or your partner could make. Once you start eating sandwiches every day, and an apple, you are going to become one fit pile of dude.
This will make your lady happy. And her packing and making your lunch... well that should make you happy.

Don't worry that is common. Our bodies are used to a certain amount of calories daily, and when we cut them our body starts to send signals to our brain saying that it needs more.
