That's the how sorted, now you need to cover the what, and that is a little harder, but well worth the effort. Basically you have to find some way of getting some regular exercise, and the obvious place to do this is at your local gym.
There are so many of these new larger gyms about that it can be hard to find the one that suits you best. The answer to this is simple, as many of them will offer a free gym pass so that you can try out the facilities to see if they are what you are looking for. If they are what you want that's fine and you can take out a membership and off you jolly well go.
If on the other hand you want to look elsewhere, that should be no problem especially when you consider how many of these gyms that there are. Combining a healthy diet with a regular exercise routine will quickly yield visible results that can be such a motivational boost that you will wonder why you did not do it earlier.
