Are you an avid, body building, bulk head looking for every advantage you can get to building hard sturdy muscle? If you are, well than you have just stumbled upon the most beneficial article that you will ever read.

These listed are seven exercises that time should have never have forgotten. Arnold press, pinch grip deadlift, curl and press, spider curl, screw press, sissy squat, and also the double barbell press: these are some of the most effective exercises ever created, and they were all developed by famous body builders.

First one, the Arnold press created by, you guessed it, Arnold Schwarzenegger. This routine is much like a shoulder press; but start with your palms facing your body, and end with your palms facing outward.

This is supposedly the best way to developing the deltoid muscles, at least, according to Arnold. Next is Steve Reeves, Pinch-grip dead lift.

This is exactly what it sounds like: it is a dead lift except you hold the weights rather than the bar; to do this you will have to use the "pinch grip". Why do it?

This is going to develop your forearms, and I mean it is going to develop them hard core. This will also widen your back.

Now, we come to Dave Draper' curl and press. Again this one is pretty self-explanatory.

This is a great compound exercise to hit your biceps, triceps and deltoids all in one fell swoop. Try using this routine as a warm up.

Here is one you probably have never heard, Larry Scott's spider curl. This is done by leaning your body forward with your abdomen on a preacher bench, so that you have a good 45 degree angle.

Now curl the weight, you are going to feel the burn in a much higher part of your bicep. This is considered the most important part of your muscle if you are trying to show case your powerful guns.

Eugen Sandow, I'm sure you have heard of him. He is the man responsible for making up the screw press.

This is a rather ridiculous looking workout, but it is still very effective for developing the obliques and the trapezius. Hold a bar right above your head with one arm, now arch your body at the waist till you are almost parallel with the ground.

Keep your arm holding the bar straight into the air, for the duration of the whole workout. This is one of the goofiest but still most effective exercises ever developed.

Next we have the sissy squat created by not so sissy Vince Gironda. These are squats, but instead of not holding onto a bar for support, do.

These are good to do after you have already maxed out on regular squats. Next we have the double bar bell press.

This was developed by Reg Park. Let the ends of the bar bells rest on the ground by your feet and lift the other end into the air with a bench press type lift.

These are effective because you can actually lower the press below your chest. That will make for more muscle development.
