Building Muscle Using Anabolism

Lots of people think if you just exercise enough you will eventually wake up with huge bulging muscles-sorry, this isn't the case. You have to have proper diet to get proper results.

This is called anabolism, the process of constructive metabolism, when simple substances are synthesized into more complex substances, e.g. protein to muscle tissue synthesis. This is the trick all the huge body builders use, though they probably are using anabolic steroids.

These anabolic steroids are quite affective for bulking muscle, but there are too many health risks and side effects (and I'm talking like real nasty side effects). Fortunately there are plenty of natural ways to stimulate anabolism.

If you want to start packing muscle try this diet for a month, during the week eat lots of proteins, fats and veggies. This is how it works, I will try to explain it as plainly as possible, proteins turn to muscle tissue through synthesize; it is by the means and nutrients of omega-3 fatty acids that tell your body to use the protein in such a way.

Vegetables have many other nutrients that are going to help in cellular composition. Such as folic acid, this is an essential nutrient that is going to play a huge role in the production of cells.

With these three foods working together you are going to gain muscle fast. Though you may also gain a little bit of fat; that is why I recommend doing this for 4 weeks, then dieting and toning for four weeks.

This way you are never letting your weight get out of control and you are still building muscle quite effectively. During the weekend eat a lot of carbs pastas, rice, bread, that kind of stuff.

This will also be during the rest period of your workout routine. If you do not have a designated time meant for recovery you will just destroy your muscle by over working them.

The high carb weekend menu is going to pump you and give some good energy. Carbs are the best way to get long lasting energy, and so storing up during the weekend then pumping out during the week is a perfect way to get the most anabolic efficiency.

With weight training and dieting also incorporate stretches, cool down routines and cardio exercises as well. Just doing weight training will build un-proportional strength.

So that is a little about anabolism and how to use it to gain muscle. Remember you are going to need proteins, fats and vegies during the week, and during the weekend lots of carbs.

You do this with your weight training; you are going to see improvement fast. Don't be started by the weight gain this is common, on account of all the muscle you are building.

One last thing, be sure you are eating 200 to 300 more calories each you exercise. If you want to be big you have to eat big.
