Studies have shown that people with a healthy percentage of body fat (within 21 percent) are usually considered to be more attractive. But this is common knowledge; we don't need a scholarly journal to tell us that.
It isn't like you see Oprah on Cosmo, and if you do, well, that is going to be the saddest issue of Cosmo the world has ever seen... I apologize for whatever images may have entered your head at suggestion of such are poor idea. Though I love Oprah, I never want to see her attempting a sexy pose.
So if you are more of an Oprah shaped lady, well don't worry, it isn't that you won't ever be considered sexy, it will just take some self-discipline and endurance. I am talking about sexy in a conventional and general sense.
I am sure that even if you are a whale of a women or man-you know, whatever your gender, you can still find sexy love. But really we don't need to go into that, at least not right now.
So how do you stay motivated and inspired to become fit, I would recommend listening to motivational speakers, such as Oprah. Oprah is particularly good to listen to, because the whole time you are listening to her motivational speeches, you can think about how much sexier you are going to be than she is.
For men, listen to Dr. Phil, or someone similar. If looking at what you don't want doesn't inspire you, try looking at those popular magazines-not those magazine, but the modest ones like Women's, Men's and other magazines of that sort.
These are the perfect types of magazines to have delivered to your door daily, because you are going to receive tips and advice as to how you should go about training your body along those fancy pictures of sexy men and women (who are still quite modest). So if you are a reader, which I would assume you are if you have passed through each of the 350 words before this sentence, than this is going to be a good way for you to stay motivated.
Here are the basics in three words (so you can tell your friends who don't read); diet, exercise, and rest. I listed them in rank of importance.
First and foremost is diet, this is the most important part of any healthy goal. Make sure you are eating a good mixture of nutrients, without going over on your calorie limit.
Secondly, you need exercise to burn excess fat that you may have acquired throughout your life. Make a routine and follow it daily.
Lastly you are going to need rest. This is more important than many people would have you think.
During sleep, you are actually recovering in many different ways. So for a super sexy look, be sure to get a super healthy amount of sleep. Destry Masterson is a fitness expert, who's written hundreds of articles and offers http://www.treadmillcoupons.com for savings on treadmills.
