Exercise Proves Beneficial To One's Life

Death: the great equalizer. Everyone will sooner or later end up six feet underground, that is just the natural order of life.

Many successful men die each day, and many of these men are more successful than you or I (probably more successful than you, more than me) but we are both still alive. Does that make us better than them- well in a way, yes.

So how can we out live everyone? You can't, so don't try.

But you can outlive everybody you know. And the secret is exercise.

Not only is exercising going to make you live much longer than all your competitors, but it is also going to make you look much better too. Studies have shown that people who regularly exercise have better physiques than those who do not.

Exercise more than anything is going to strengthen heart health. Heart disease is the number one killer according to Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, it outweighed cancer by over 100 thousand, but that was according to a statistic back from 2007 (about four years ago).

The reason we didn't die, because we have some sturdy heart health. Exercising is going to prevent heart disease more than any other precautionary measure.

Like a mentioned before cancer was the second biggest killer that year with an astounding half mill grounded. Exercise doesn't prevent cancer, but it can subdue some of the symptoms.

So if you have cancer a great way to fight for time is by jogging regularly, and also eating fruits and vegies. Although eating fruits and vegies isn't considered a workout (even though it definitely feels like work) it is still very beneficial to your health.

Next on the list of mortality makers we have stroke, chronic lower respiratory disease, and then accidents (unintentional). Exercising may not help prevent an accident, but it could help you survive through one.

As for stroke and respiratory problems, will exercise help? You betcha it will.

Simple cardio exercises are going to first affect the heart and strengthen blood flow, but after that they are going to empower the lungs. Powerful longs are going to create easier oxygenation of the blood, which will cause some astounding health benefits.

So far we have better lungs, heart and a longer life. If that is not enough to convince you to exercise I don't know what is.

Maybe that you will look better, feel better, and act better when you are fit is a bit of a motivating factoid. But I don't see how that at all compares with living a longer healthier life.

Many will say, "May the best man win". I like to say, "May the last man standing be called the best man".
