Jogging is a great form of exercise if you are eating right. The problem with not eating right while jogging is that you could give yourself a heart attack.
You have probably heard of basketball players, who seemed very healthy and could really play a good game, but then they have a heart attack even though they're young. This can happen when a young person is following an unhealthy diet.
Some people have been eating a diet that is high in cholesterol and saturated fats. They already have an issue with high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
And, while exercise is known to be good for the heart, it can also bring on a heart attack when you are not following a heart healthy diet. You need to be following a no-cholesterol diet for at least a week before going jogging.
Exercising brings toxins from the liver and muscles, where they are stored, into the blood stream. It can bring out too many clogging cholesterol and saturated fat particles too soon and clog the arteries.
It's important to eat a high-fiber diet if you want to be more sure that you do not have any risk at all for a heart attack. Fiber carries out the excess fats and cholesterol from the diet.
Some medical doctors advise their patients to wait a week or two and eat right before starting an exercise program, so that they don't have an excess of harmful substances in the blood stream while exercising.
One of the symptoms of harmful substances being released into bloodstream is a headache. It's always important to drink enough water.
Eating more foods that are high in fiber is the best thing that you can do for yourself and your heart. There are certain high-fiber foods that have wholesome starches to help you to have good energy for your exercise.
If you focus more on beans than meat, you will be doing your circulatory system a favor. You do need protein; and beans, nuts, grains, vegetables, even fruit all have sufficient protein.
But, for exercise some high-protein options that also have fiber are the beans, nuts, greens, grains, and many vegetables. No plant food will ever have cholesterol of any kind in it.
You can rest assured that you will be safest by consuming plant foods that are naturally high in fiber and low in hazardous elements. By eliminating the dairy products and flesh, you will always be in the safety zone with your exercise endeavors.
So, while jogging can take energy, you will also get the energy you need. The benefits of eating a plant-based diet to you will be a healthy heart, faster weight-loss, and optimum energy.
