Tired of not getting of shape when you are staying home in an air conditioned apartment, watching television? Never again does this have to be a problem, from now own you can be the master of your own weight and you never have to leave the comfort of your living room or television.

For a while I had set up my treadmill in front of the television, but seeing how my living room is close to only around 80 square feet large, after the entertainment center, the couch, the coffee table and then the treadmill added on top of that I didn't have any room to move through my living room. That is what makes these rebounders so convenient, there are so easily transportable.

If you want to work out watching your favorite television show, than you can do that; if you want to go enjoy the outdoors while you exercise, just take your rebounding bounce mat into your back yard. It is really that easy.

These are the future of exercise convenience, not only because you can watch television and stay air conditioned in a comfortable environment while you exercise, but because of the unique health advantages that are associated with bouncing. These do two things that you are not going to get through any other form of exercise; the first is low impact tension on joints while maintaining high impact strain on muscle.

When you are coming down with gravity against a hard ground the shock of landing is going to be absorbed by skeleton, but when you are rebounding the immediate impact doesn't occur, rather it is a smooth transition from downward to upward motion that is only targeting your muscles. This is great exercise for people who arthritis or other bone and health problems.

There are lots of different types of exercising you can do on these mats too. For example, there is strength training, cardio training, and also something, that until now was unheard of, cellular training.

Strength training is down by pressing down against the mat and letting it bounce you up, but not to appoint where your feet come of the mat. This exercise is intended to maintain constant pressure on the legs and core muscles.

The faster you start to feel the burn in your buns the better, when you start to feel that, that is when you know something is happening. There is also cardio training you can do.

Simply jog in place on the bounce pad; it will give you the same benefits as regular jogging on the ground, but without any of the traumatic tension in joints. So you can see that these are going to be the future of exercise, as apartments get smaller and street crimes increase, everyone is going to want a rebounding bounce mat.
