If you are Latino or black you are liable to have a big bottom. However, supposing you are black, you probably are proud of your massive gluteus maximus.

Well even if you are Latino I suppose you may be proud of your large caboose. For those of you who are not of some foreign ethnicity, but still find you have quite a large bottom, there are many exercises you can do to lighten your load (so to speak).

Whenever you are trying to tighten and shrink muscles you are going to have to exercise them in a way much different than when you are trying to build muscle. Try to do many core exercises and body weight workouts; these are the types of routines that are going to bring muscles inward and tighten them.

The first exercise you should do is the squat. This is a great body weight exercise that will work out the core muscles throughout your legs and lower back, meaning you are going to tighten that buttocks of yours real good.

How to do a squat, for those of you who do not know, stand on the ground, facing any direction. Now lower your buttocks to the ground while keeping both legs planted firmly to the ground and still facing the same direction.

Once you have your bottom lowered to about knee height you start standing up again, still keeping both feet planted firmly on the ground and still facing the same direction. That is how you do a squat, and these are universally known as the best buttocks workout that can be done, for tightening booties.

Key word being, universally: meaning that this exercise, which was developed by humans, is recognized as the best workout for the glutes, throughout the entire universe. So far as our stats show.

Other ways to clean that greasy cellulite from your upper thighs, which I know so many girls have trouble dealing with. I know you must hate that gross cellulite below your buttocks, but you should know that I'm with you; I probably hate that gross coagulated mass of fat in your legs just as much as you, if not more.

For this keep doing the squats, but you should also incorporate sprints. Sprinting at 100 percent of ability can burn fat up to 48 hours after the workout.

This is also called high intensity interval training. This is scientifically proven to be the best way to lose weight fast.

The last piece of advice I have for you, is rebounding. Mini trampolines are going to work out your body at a cellular level, meaning cellulite eradicated completely.
