Turbulence Training Great Or Just Good?

The good thing about turbulence training is that it actually works; it is a very effective way to fat loss and muscle gain. However the bad thing is, you are paying for a lot of things that are pretty much common knowledge.

The whole deal Craig Ballyntine is capitalizing off is keeping his secrets hidden till you get the routine. If you need something to structure you like that, then go ahead and spend the money, but truth is you could outline a workout routine just as easily on your own.

These are the main points that are taught in turbulence training; high intensity interval training, and dieting. High intensity interval training or HIIT has been spreading like wild fire in the fitness community within the last 20 years.

Until the nineties there were a lot of taught routines, that are now considered to be less effective than other methods. For example, jogging VS Sprinting; even though you can jog for much longer, sprinting is going to tear muscles and accelerate the heart a lot more than jogging will, thus resulting in more calorie burn and better cardio vascular health.

Turbulence training is, in a nut shell, full body routines using tension bands, dumbbells and bench with some HIIT incorporated into the mix. So it is very effective, but truthfully I don't think you need someone to show you how to use such simple exercise equipment.

Besides from teaching HIIT, the turbulence training routine incorporates a lot of stretching. This is something that is overlooked by inexperienced trainees.

Stretching is the only way to get muscle development without using contraction. This is done through abduction, not like when you were abducted for your 21st birthday, but in the terms of kinesiology.

This is done when you extend your limbs away from your torso, tearing the muscles in your limbs similar to how you would in contraction and tension training. The difference is with stretching you get a much deeper tear, and rather than building muscles it strengthens them from the inside and makes them more pliable and reliable.

People who stretch daily will have better reflexes than those who do not stretch, that is a scientific fact... so long as there are no other obstructing variables to sway the equation to an adverse result. So with the HIIT and the stretching in turbulence training I would say it is useful, but nothing you need to pay for.

Though the nutritional information that is provided is very helpful, but again I think you can just use Google to find information that can be just as useful. That is the power of technology, turning information into free knowledge.
