Everybody knows that if you don't mind your mother's words, then you are going to suffer the consequences. I for example I never ate my vegetables, and now am stuck at the demeaning height of four foot two inches for the rest of my adult life.
If I would have only known the secret to health and nutrition back when I was a lad, then things would have been much different for me now. Mothers have an inherent ability to know what is good and bad for children's health.
Well some mothers more than others, you cannot exclude the human factor, but there is one mother that knows health and nutrition above all else: she is Mother Nature. If you follow her guidelines you are going to have no problem staying fit and healthy.
The reason so many people are obese and weak these days is because of all that chemical garbage we are fed from the fast food corporations. We have silicon salt preservatives, neural excite-toxins, dyes and other additives that are lethal to rats and small rodents, and all of these are just mixed in with the gumbo.
If there is one thing about Mother Nature, she never puts poisonous colorings in her foods, maybe poison of some sorts but that's beside the point. The thing is we are getting diets that are high in calories and low in nutrition, we are living lifestyles where we are boxed up in cubicles and stuck in a chair, and we spend less and less time exploring and taking advantage of nature.
If you want to be healthy and fit, the trick is to be active. Find something you like to do.
Go running or swimming, both of these workouts were invented by Miss Mother Nature, and both of these workouts are the two best known cardio routines that you can possible perform. The secret to a good heart is through regular natural activity.
This doesn't mean run for 20 minutes out of the day and your good, it means that those how are moving and using their bodies regularly are going to have better cardio health. The trick is natural use of one's own body.
What about weight lifting? You may ask.
Well the thing about this is that is really a blasphemous abomination in the eyes of vindictive Mother Nature. There is much damage that comes upon the joints when doing weight lifting, and it only builds veneer muscle, not actual useful, functional muscle.
However, if you want to look strong, than weight lifting is great. But if you want to be strong, regular body weight exercises are the best way to go about it.
Diet is probably the biggest and most obvious trick to health. If you are eating healthy, hearty whole foods, then you are going to be a lot better off than if you are eating that garbage from the drive up window.
