The Ultimate Men's Exercise

Do you want to melt fat, build muscle and get into the best shape of your life? If you said anything but yes, there is no need for you to keep reading, but for those of you who do want to create some real change here is the perfect exercise routine.

Starts with High intensity sprint, aim for about 400 yards. Then do jumping chin ups, and end with reverse burbees.

The great thing about this exercise: it can be done at any park or playground as long as you have a track or trail that is about 1200 feet long. Find a good size field and run either back and forth or around the circumference of the field.

Be sure when you run that you are running as fast as you can through the entire distance. This is called High intensity and this is going to cause your muscle to work much harder than just jogging.

With jogging you have to run for a minimum of 20 minutes before you start burning calories, but with sprinting, even for 400 yards, you are going to excite your cardio to 100 percent. This is going to cause maximum calorie burn for up to 48 hours.

This is the trick that all the Hollywood celebrities use to get into super fit bodies, for the athletic roles they are playing. After you have run the 400 yards rest for the same amount of time that it took you to do the run.

Now it is time to move to the jumping chin ups. Stand underneath a bar, a goal post, or anything that you can jump up and grab.

Jump and be sure to catch the bar at an underhand grab, and pull your head up above the bar. Do this exercise a total of two times, and rest for as long as the run took you.

Lastly do the reverse burpees. It is much like a regular burbee, but instead of putting your hands down and throwing your legs behind you, you will squat down and fall forward onto your hands into a push up.

After hitting getting in push up position, push yourself back into a squat and then stand to attention. Now this exercise is a great core muscle activator and full body exercise, I would do these whether or not you are trying to get the ultimate exercise.

This exercise may be modified however you like, in order to create more resistance or less. However, I would recommend you try doing these exact specification before you begin changing the routine.
