There are so many ways to exercise at home. You do not need to buy any of those fancy little workout tools bits of workout equipment, because the architectural design of your home is a perfect gym already.
The stepper, many people have fallen victim to this ludicrous exercising apparatus. You do not have to buy a stool to start working your buttocks.
Just start using your stairs. I know there is no video to follow, but if you turn on the stereo and start stepping on those stairs it is almost just as good as a video.
You see, using a stair case is better than a stool anyway, because you have so many more stairs to work with. If you are working on a single stepping stool you are really holding yourself back.
Don't want to get off the couch to start working out? Simple not a problem, all you have to do is some couch kicks.
If you are confused about what these are, try sitting on the couch and then begin kicking. This is a couch kick.
At first it may not feel like much of an exercise, but if you do it for about a minute or five, depending on your fitness level, you will really start to feel a burn in your hamstrings. Now these are two great exercises for your legs and lower body, but what about our arms?
Well for arms there is always the laundry lift. This is of course an exercise for women; if you are a man you should go into the back yard and find a challenging rock to lift.
This is a great way to build some lean muscle in your biceps and triceps. You can get some powerful and intimidating guns relatively quick through such workouts as the laundry lift.
For the fourth exercise, we work our cardio. This is called marching dishes.
Again this is a female routine, because the woman is of course the one in the kitchen working on the dishes. Because exercising takes time, women must learn to multi task.
Which luckily, nature as bestowed an inherent ability for ladies to do so. So while you women are washing dishes also try marching in place.
This is going to be a great way to get your heart pumping while you are doing daily chores. For the man, do this while watching television.
And this brings us to the number five exercise. It is really more of an idea rather than a single exercise.
I like to call it the commercial break. Anytime you are watching television and a commercial comes on, start doing pushups, or planking, or sit ups or whatever.
If you did this for every commercial, you would become close to an Olympic athlete. Destry Masterson is a health and fitness expert who has written many articles about exercise and recommends http://www.treadmillcomparison.com/treadmill-coupons for treadmill coupons.
