There are one thousand four hundred and forty minutes in each day. Recommended time spent for exercise is only thirty minutes.
"I don't have time" isn't an excuse. It isn't for me and it shouldn't be for you.
Let's break it down. You work a ten hour job that is 600 minutes that you spend working.
Now we have a remainder of 840 minutes left for exercising. Well, what about sleep?
Recommend sleep for an adult is 7 to 9 hours. That is anywhere from 420 minutes to 540 minutes of rest each night.
Let's say you sleep for nine hours you still have a good 300 minutes for exercise, which is the equivalent of 5 hours. So if you took one hour or sixty minutes for each meal: breakfast, lunch and dinner, you would still have 2 whole hours that you are not using.
Now this is for the hypothetical person that works ten hour shifts every day. Some of us work more, however, most of us work less.
So where does all that time go. Do we just let it slip between our fingers?
For many of us the answer is yes, we are wasting time. 4 pistachios have the equivalent of 15 calories can lead to an additional ten pounds a year.
How long does it take to burn 15 calories with exercise? Less than five minute.
So do you see what I am getting at here? Working out for just 30 minutes each day can cause you to lose up to 36 pounds or more a year.
That is some impressive weight loss, and it is easily attainable by just setting aside thirty minutes each day. Now if you really want to burn fat quick here is what you should do.
Take that thirty minutes split it down the middle, and in the morning spend 15 minutes on high intensity training. This won't take a lot of time, like I said, only 15 minutes.
But high intensity training is going to create calorie burn throughout the entire day. Now after you get home from your job, do another 15 minutes of high intensity exercise.
This is your thirty minute exercise plan that is going to reshape your life in a matter of weeks. Doing this for even a short period of time, you will be able to see some astounding results.
Remember all it takes is 30 minutes a day. Be sure to get proper rest and nutrition with your exercise for maximum benefits.
So how just a little time each day can change the way you feel about yourself and the world around you. It may even change how the world around you feels about you.
