Another exercise that you can do to get rid of love handles involves starting in that same position with your feet spread and hands behind your ears. Start on the left by bending your left knee up and outward.

Then, touch your left elbow to it, or at least try to. Stay in that position for a count of 3 or so and then slowly go back to where you started. Repeat the process several times with that knee and elbow and the other knee and elbow, too.

Of course, you can do any number of exercises for removing love handles. So, if you don't like those two, look for others. You might even find that simple sit ups and crunches help.

Food!

One thing that you need to keep in mind about love handles and belly fat is that it is very easy to pack on and very hard to get rid of. The only way that you can succeed is by using both exercise and nutrition to fight the fat. Therefore, you need to start eating healthier foods.

Try to avoid saturated fats, trans fats, chemicals, processed foods and alcohol as much as you possibly can. Also, if you happen to have a sweet tooth, find healthy ways to satisfy it. Fresh fruits and berries, for example, will fuel your body without contributing to your belly fat. These are the two effective ways to lose love handles which you can do it without paying for a high price!
