Melon:

Melon regulates sodium (salt) levels in your system. That can prevent water weight gain. It can also reduce swelling problems, leading to a trimmer and healthier look and feel.

Oatmeal:

Oatmeal is a high-fiber food. That means that small amounts of it are quite filling. So, you won't have to eat as many calories to get full.

Studies have shown that people who eat a lot of whole grains every day lose about 24% more abdominal fat and weight than people who do not.

Redfish:

Redfish can lower the levels of hunger hormones in your body, making you fuller. Also, it is full of calcium, Omega-3 fatty acids and calcium. All of those are great for health and stomach fat burning.

Finally, there's wine to consider. Most people think that alcohol is bad for belly fat loss, but one glass of wine per day can actually help to keep you fit and thin. Just don't drink to excess.
