Mini Tramp For Everybody

Remember NASA, those people that used to fly to the moon and do neat things like that before president Obama killed their funding. Well, now these geniuses spend their time investigating the beneficial uses of little trampolines.

According to NASA, journal of applied physiology exercising on these mini trampolines is going to be 68 percent more effect than Mother Nature's jogging routine. So I guess man has finally beat nature in the sense of exercise effectiveness.

When we run we are pumping our blood throughout our body, but when we bounce we do the same thing and much more. We are working against gravitational force.

This is going to work our bodies at a cellular level, which means it will help to decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in the face. It is also going to flush the lymphatic system, meaning you won't be so sick all the time.

And simply jumping up and down is going to strengthen your glandular system: your pancreas, kidneys and most importantly adrenal glands. This means you will suffer less fatigue.

Any exercise is going to work your adrenal glands, but none are going to work as effectively as G force training. If you could get in a jet going mock five it would be more effective so long as you were also jogging, but that kind of exercise equipment hasn't been invented yet.

So the best thing we can do now is bounce on our mini tramps. Basically these just do everything for you.

Imagine is there any one thing that exercising is not going to do for your body? Holistically exercise helps, some forms of exercise more than others.

Many people who are in recovery from sprains, torn ligaments, or ripped muscles may need a low impact exercise. That is one of the beautiful things about these you can go as soft as you want.

This makes breaking hips and spraining ankles incredibly challenging not to do. But many of you women are still too vain not to work out, so that is why you rebound.

Rebounding is one of the only ways you can get such an impacting workout without any strain on the skeleton. Of course you could swim too, but then you have to go to the pool and also get wet.

Plus you can't swim in front of the television, unless you have a really big television on both sides of your pool. No, that would still be a bit uncomfortable.
