Testosterone is a hormone that is mainly found in males, but women do have about a one thousandth of a fraction that we do. This hormone is going to do a number of things for us, from muscle growth to fat lass testosterone is part of our life.
The hormone is usually found in the testis, but there are trace amounts in the adrenal glands. So this is how we are going to activate some really hormonal production in our bodies.
As you age you have probably noticed that there is a bit of budge building around your waist, get rid of this before you have some saggy man breasts to accompany it. Testosterone is going to create mass fat burn.
Eating a sandwich every day around three after lunch and before dinner, as an added snack, is going to tell your body to create more testosterone. You will have to exercise too, to burn the extra calories, but that is only like a thirty minute run.
You see the reason starving yourself doesn't work for losing weight, is because your body goes into starvation mode and turns of testosterone flow. Without the hormone losing weight is going to be close to impossible.
See while in starvation mode your body says," I'm starving, why on earth, would I need to reproduce". Consequently we get all the negative effects that go along with starvation.
According to Penn State, popular diet trends, like Atkins, which are high in protein and low in carbs can actually be counterproductive. Nutritionists say that 16 percent of your caloric intake should be protein.
When we don't get enough carbohydrates we cramp our testosterone style, so to speak. Cutting off flow and also decreasing fat loss and muscle gain.
Obviously for muscle gain we are going to exercise, and this is going to create some hormonal production in our bodies. Just look at the men in the gym.
These guys look like they are about to explode with sticky hormone all over the bench press. However, it is equally important to get proper rest with exercise.
Exercise is going to create hormone production, but over exercise is going to stunt growth and development. So be sure you are getting a healthy amount of rest with every exercise you do.
Make sure you are doing five reps of ever workout, and don't go easy on yourself. Get a weight that is impossible for you to do any more than 5 reps.
Be sure to rest in between each set of reps so that you have enough energy to go through the entire body. Exercising is going to help you get on a proper sleep schedule, which you will also need if you want better testosterone.
Proper sleep is going to get your body in tune with a good circadian rhythm. This means you are going to get a good 8 hours of sleep each night.
