You can't deprive your body of what it needs and expect it to respond by burning fat for you. You have to support it, rather than fighting the process.

So, the fast ways to lose tummy fat are simple. Exercise, eat properly and lower your stress levels as much as you can. Just remember that you didn't put all of your belly fat on in a day and you won't take it all off in one day either. It takes time and patience to lose fat the right way.
