There are about 656 muscles I the body, and you can work every single one those with just two separate exercises. You might not have thought it possible, but really it is.
Weight loss, does anybody understand it. To lose fat you have to burn calories, good we know that much.
But how do you burn calories? That is right you exercise.
When you exercise you are requiring use of your muscles, these muscles need calories as fuel. It is a lot like a coal train, if you do not feed the engine coal it is going to give up on you.
Your muscles have got to get calories from somewhere. When you get calories from food, you have about a 12 hour period where energy comes easiest. After that it starts to be converted into fat.
Fat holds calories too, but this is a lot harder for use to use, just because it is not so readily available. It takes a lot more will power to muscle through fat loss.

The first workout is jogging, Mother Nature's perfect little exercise. Our bodies are made to walk, but while we do that we are activating every single muscle throughout our body, obviously our lower parts more.
If you really want to get some fast results from jogging speed up the walk. Seriously the faster you are walking, jogging, or running the better it is going to be for your health, weight loss, and cardio strength.
In fact the best way to lose weight is through a method called HIIT (high intensity interval training). This is where you press yourself to maximum for short periods of time.
You want to activate your muscles to a hundred percent of their potential. This will shock them and tear them, because muscle repair for up to 48 hours, which means you, will be burning calories for that whole period of time as well.
Now that is a great way to work out, but you need to get your body from both sides, and just running is going to leave you looking like thunder thighs. So do hand stands, get to the point that you can do handstands and handstand pushups and so forth.
