Exercise: the number one best intention never acted upon. Why don't we act on it?
We have the desire, we fill motivated, and heck we even have time... so what's the problem? We simply do not know where to start.
I have been a fitness and health expert for years now, and through my research and studies I have found the perfect home gym. It is a miss-match of three different pieces of exercise equipment.
Resistance bands, these are going to be the best way to build lean upper body muscle. If you are a male perhaps try exchanging these for dumbbells.
For our full body we will need to get our arms, torso, and also our legs. There is no better way to get some heavy tension in your arms with some resistance bands.
Unlike the dumbbells these won't put pressure on the joints. This is because you are stretching the band only as far as your muscle will let you; there is never any real weight against you it is just you against yourself.
After you have tired your arms out with the resistance bands it is time to move to the stabilizer ball. These balance balls are incredibly useful for strong core workouts.
As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, you can only be as strong as your core. That is true, your limps are not going to be able to operate if they are not backed by a core that is equally as strong as they are.
So work some pilates or yoga routines on this ball and you will start to feel your body tightening. This is definitely a fun way to workout out too.
You never have to go outside and you don't need an expensive gym; you can just do it all from home. Now for the gem of the gym: the rebounder.
Now I know there is speculation about these, but that is only because these haters haven't tried the thing. NASA themselves said, "Aerobic exercise performed on a rebounder is sixty-three percent more effective than regular exercise."
This is because it not only works your muscles as you press down and comes back up, but it also moves your lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is a network for lymph to travel through, and our bodies do not have a pump for this so we have to rely on gravity.
Not only does it clean your body of disgusting garbage in your veins, it also places no stress on the joints. Because of the unique absorption and redistribution of force in the bounce the muscles of the leg are able to absorb all the impact, thus taking any strain that might have been off your delicate knees.
