I am sure you have all heard that those weight loss gimmicks don't work, but the truth is they do. The speculation comes from the small amount of influence this tricks are going to have on their own.
You cannot just drink more water every day and expect to lose weight, though the truth is you will. Drinking eight glasses of water will help burn an extra 60-70 calories a day.
That is the equivalent to 4 pistachios, which over a year's time will be four pounds. So you see it adds up.
No trick is going to work without proper diet and exercise. Those are honestly the only ways to see results fast.
But if you are using five tricks throughout the day each of them burning an additional 60 calories, that is going to be an extra 300 calories burned. Let's apply that to the equation 20 pounds in a year.

I know, I know it is not a lot, but it is something. You can burn another 110 calories or more by eating smaller meals 5 times throughout the day rather than 3 bigger meals.
This is going to allow your metabolism to be working full force all throughout the day. Now with the water and the smaller meals that is an extra 180 calories give or take.
That has nothing to do with what you are eating either. Of course you are going to be way better off eating fresh healthy whole foods rather than that junk fast food.
Just wait there are more tricks. This one is not so easy; it takes a great deal of will power, but if you can withstand it actually will help quite a bit.
When showering turn the water from wherever it is and put it on extreme cold. This is going to excite epinephrine from your adrenal gland.
This is a powerful chemical used in adrenaline, and it is going to help to burn the fats in stubborn places that you didn't think were possible to trim. The last thing is used in conjunction with exercise otherwise it does nothing.
Swish olive oil in your mouth, so that your body triggers fat release into your blood, and exercise. It is basically pulling a fast one on your own body, but if you do not exercise after swishing the oil then fat released into your blood will find its way back into your tissues.
