Stay Fit During The Holidays

Most of you are going to gain weight, and that is the fact of the matter. You have to sincerely devote yourself to not over indulging if you want to stay trim, or as trim as you are, during the holidays.

The biggest thing is stay active. I don't care who you are, you are going to be eating more junk food during this time of year than ever before.

People just try to shove candy and sweets down your throat from the middle of October. Especially old women who know how to bake, they are the worst.

Watch out for these ladies, because if they get a hold of you, your body fat percentage will increase exponentially. Unfortunately some of us are going to be obligated to spend some time with women like these.

For some reason or another you have promised your wife that you would stay with her gracious and caring parents, who love to shove sweets down your throat. What do you do?

Here it is, check Google maps and look at the place from a bird's eye view. Outline a jogging course that you can take anytime you are being force fed some fattening food.

As soon as you smell your mother in law baking her delicious crumpets, start booking it. If you are not familiar with the phrase, it means that you should run like your life depends on it, which in a sense it sort of does.

If you do not have time to either buy or make any dumbbells then you will have to do with body weight exercises. These are going to be great for core muscles, which you will need to strengthen.

Core muscles are in charge of bringing the stomach in and tightening the chest. These are two things people consider to be attractive.
