Now I will be the first to tell you I am probably the one person with the least authority to write about cancer and holistic remedies. Because I have neither had cancer nor do I live a healthy holistic lifestyle, but this important and I would like to share this information with you.
Cancer is the number one killer after a few other diseases like heart attack and such... pretty scary right. And now days everything causes cancer from your cellphone to the sun, and especially the radioactive waves we shoot at you through the monitor of your computer.
So how do we protect ourselves from getting cancer, and even better yet how do we beat cancer once we have got it? There are few things that are going to make a huge difference.
First is nutrition, because I don't care what your friends tell you, cigarettes and beer is not a healthy diet... maybe enjoyable, but certainly not healthy. These are both pretty tough on your body, and I bet you will get cancer or already have it if you have ever taken a trip down to tabacoville.
Drinking is less likely to give you cancer more likely to cause you to soil yourself and become an embarrassment to your family when you are escorted out of the grocery stores beer isle by some friendly officers. So don't drink and don't smoke, for cancers sake... your sake I mean.
Prevention is only a little bit of it, although the best defense against cancer is never getting it. Some healthy foods you should try to eat if you are... you know... infected, are things like acai and oranges.
Foods high in vitamin C and other anti-oxidants are going help fight the cancer and free radicles in your blood. Basically the only things that are safe to eat are vegetables and fruit.
Studies have also shown that people who regularly exercise are less likely to get cancer and more likely to beat it. Exercising does a bunch of stuff for your body, some exercises more than others.
Rebounding for example does something quite miraculous... kind of miraculous. It strains your lymphatic system and strengthens immunity.
What does that mean for you? It means your body isn't going to be spending so much energy trying to fight off all the carcinogenic substances you ingested the night before, and can focus on killing cancer causing free radicles that are floating around in your blood.
All in all it's about respect. Respect for your own body.
Treat it like you would a dear friend. You do not want to feed your friends things that would give them cancer, but you would like to see them exercise because hey everybody likes fit people.
