Don't think of this as an egotistical mind trip, but rather how you can best benefit your immediate surroundings. Becoming alpha male has its benefits, but with great power comes great responsibility.

Many men will think about what they want out of life, and for many men it won't involve the use of any other men. These people are pawns.

It sounds anti-altruistic to say, but using people is a very valuable skill. This is how great men become rich and how great men employ lesser men.

Yes, it sounds very cynical and it is, but without people using other people, lesser people wouldn't be able to have the jobs they have. Great men create factories and employ factory workers, the workers are grateful or the work and payment or they find a different job.

You see alpha males actually are good for society and everybody. If you want to become great you need to build networks, and that is how it goes.

Now to become alpha male and assert your dominance you will need to be fit. This is basic psychology: how could you take care of other people if you can't take care of yourself?

Your appearance is a reflection of your character, this is not judgmental this is actual fact. Let's not beat around the bush with political correctness.

Taking fitness advice from a fat man is a something you wouldn't ever do. Even if he was extremely knowledgeable and could help, simply his appearance would discredit his worth.

You wouldn't take financial advice from a poor man. Now we get it right.

For some reason people are taught to treat everybody equally, when in reality people are not equal. Sorry to burst your cozy little bubble.

Then again you can rationalize life into a simple sequence of sensations and say that philosophically you are in the same situation as anyone else. However, you didn't create facebook, you haven't sent anyone to the moon, and you do not employ thousands of workers, so honestly your life is very much different.

There is no reason to be sore about this; we should admire the people who assert themselves above the rest. Admire not worship.

People in positions of power should understand what they are doing. They should know that they are better off, but not in a conceited way, just as a matter of fact.

There is no reason to look down upon someone for being weaker than you, simply think of how you can best use that person to benefit both your life and his. If you can do nothing to benefit him, then allow him to propose ideas for bettering your life.

If you both are competing to be in charge, you should both weigh the options and consequences of the other man's plan. Mutual agreement is the best consensus.
