Remember back when you were a kid and your mother told you to stop jumping on the bed, or she would talk about monkeys falling and cracking their sculls open. Well you're not a kid any more, but you still can't jump on the bed because now you are too big.
So what do you do? You get a rebounder.
These are an excellent way to work out, and dare I say, have fun too. As I child I was so taken by jumping up and down I would jump on anything that I could: beds, couches, and pets... basically anything that had a soft bouncy surface or anything that would move.
Now that I'm older I know not to jump on animals because their owners usually get pretty upset, especially cat people... they're the worst. Also now that I'm older, I don't live in a house, I have a tiny apartment where there is no room for a regular size trampoline.
That is why I started using a rebounder. It is almost as fun as jumping on bed, but what it lacks in fun it makes up in efficiency.
Now I'm now health expert but I do know quite a bit about lymphatic health. You see, the lymphatic system is a series of pipe lines that run alongside your circulatory system.
Its purpose is to strain garbage out of your body, but there is only one problem. Mother Nature forgot to install a pump on the whole thing, so we have to rely on gravity to move all the waste lymph through and out our body.
This worked for a good amount of time, before people discovered fire and learned how to sit down and tell stories. Back then we would swing through trees and jump from branch to branch.
Gravity was doing a great deal of work. But now instead of scavenging for food and climbing through trees, we sit and watch television and order fast food.
Delivery and sitcoms are a great way to build some grotesque lymph juice in our bodies; this can lead to poor immunity and slow metabolism. So instead of sitting and eating your pizza, get a salmon sandwich on whole wheat and rebound while you watch your television.
That is the beauty of rebounding you can watch television while you do it. The really wonderful thing is jumping up and down is going to create a gravitational pressure on your lymphatic system, thus cleansing your body from the inside out.
Now besides saving your lymphatic system, you will also trim that grease of your belly. I know it comes in handy during winter time when it gets especially cold, but really it doesn't.
NASA (the people who are rocket scientists) said, "Rebounding is 63 percent more effective than jogging". That is some pretty heavy percentile right there, and the source undeniable.
So stop sitting on your couch and start jumping up and down. It is time you save your lymphatic system. Destry Masterson is a health, fitness and nutrition expert. She has written articles about diet and exercise and recommends http://www.rebounderreviews.com for information about mini trampolines.
