Speculation is a natural response. There is so much hype around exercise these days that the idea of two seemingly inconsequential pieces of workout equipment doing everything seems absurd.
However it is not absurd, but it is actually proven to be true by many different researchers around the globe including NASA. If there is any publication that is worth listening to, it is NASA.
They are the people that build rocket ships, and move people to the moon. So why would they need to know about aerobic exercising?
In space, where there is no gravity, the astronaut's muscles start to deteriorate rather quickly. Without any gravitational load on the astronauts muscle there is no strain or tension to keep them strong.
That and they have to live of a diet that consists of one packet dried fruit mix (powder) one packet dried protein mix (more powder). Scientist realized that gravitational load had a lot to do with the functioning of body and more specifically muscular health.
So it begged the question, how does one harness the power of gravitational force and use it in personal workouts? There is no need for rockets or jet planes to through you around at 7 Gs (7 times gravitational load), using a simple rebounding works the same way.
While being propelled back into the air, rebounding practioners undergo a slight increase in gravitational force administrated through the body. This not only strengthens muscles, but it oxidizes cells.
Studies show that increased G force can benefit every organ in the body. There are no other workout routines that are going to send tension to the internal organs.
Upon landing the strain of the fall is absorbed by the mat, taking with it any harmful tension to the joints. This makes it the most beneficial and safest piece of workout equipment on the market today.
As far as effectiveness goes, NASA stated, "Rebounding is 68 percent more effective than jogging". Watching television while working out isn't a problem with these.
Squats, running in places, jumping up and down: all of these will work out the entire body. However, these routines may have very little impact on arms and upper body.
That is what the medicine ball is for. The medicine ball provides the most dynamic use weight available.
Working with a medicine ball and a rebounding in congruence will be the most beneficial way to exercise. This won't build tons of veneer muscle, it will, however, tighten the body and strengthen core muscles and cardio.
Arms will become noticeably more defined, and health will become noticeably improved. Start exercising today. Destry Masterson is a health, fitness and nutrition expert.
