Picking the alcohol is the first step to drunken exercising. This sounds retarded and really it is.
There is no reason to be drinking during workouts. Truthfully that is most counterproductive thing a person can do.
However, just because there is an internet article that outlines some insightful tips as to how to go about doing it, many people are going to try. The first thing is getting the alcohol.
Obviously beer is going to be the number on choice for most people. This will create a good semi-angry pumped drunkenness, but it won't cause trainers to become incoherently drunk.
For longer workout sessions, perhaps getting liquor and beer would be better. That way when the beer starts to create a gurgling stink pit in the belly, it can be calmed with a shot of some hearty whisky.
This however could result in a few different outcomes. One, hopefully it will calm the stomach and create a surge of adrenalin, so that the next 15 to 20 minutes of exercise feels like a breeze.
More likely to happen, the syrupy liquid will aggravate the stomach and induce a fit of vomiting and subsequently sobriety. This is good for exercise, but not as good for being inebriated while exercising.
There are obvious perks to being intoxicated during workout routines. There will be no inhibitions to prevent tearing muscles to their full extent... and possibly even further.
Whisky, scotch and vodka are all great for liquor adrenalin boosters. These are going to burn as they go down, but they settle pretty well.
On the other hand, rum and tequila are going to be very putrid and nauseating when exercising. These don't settle well and especially not well with bear, they will either induce black outs or dry heaves then blackouts.
Trying a less manly more girly approach to drinking might be better for women. Drinking wine is said to have some good effects on the body.
Resveratrol is a powerful anti-oxidant and healthy nutrient, according to nutritionist any way. It would be interesting to see if the benefits of resveratrol outweighed the consequences of alcohol.
Wine will provide a nice clean warm drunk; this usually makes people feel sleepy. That is the downside to wine.
Exercising is going to be hard because usually wine is used in combination with a good steak not a hearty workout. Working out is going to provide some benefits to health that nothing else can give.
Contrarily drinking at the same time may negate every possible benefit from the exercise. This is also very terrible for the kidney and liver and could cause severe health problem.
